Please note that sometimes we may record the video conferencing call in which you participate to analyze and improve our staff’s communication skills. In order to verify your identity, we will generally require sufficient information from you so that we can match it to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Depending on the risk entailed by the request (i.e., a request for specific pieces of personal information), we may need additional personal information from you to be able to identify you.
