 You may return your product for any reason within ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase. We'll refund, replace or exchange your item for any other item available at the time of the original purchase provided that at least 50% of the original product is remaining. For returns made within 30 DAYS of the ship date, Sensaria will make pre-paid arrangements to cover return shipping costs.
* Multi-product systems or collections may be refunded or exchanged if system is returned in its entirety. Any misuse or use contrary to the use and care instructions will void this guarantee. Valid Sensaria receipt must accompany all returns/exchanges. Alternate return arrangements will be made for APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Host Credit products will only be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. Host Bonus item(s) may not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
